Made in Germany in a very small quantity.
Box contain a promo sheet, the 4 track Euro CD single of Sweet thing (sealed) and a "Sweet thing" cookie in plastic.

No need to say that this is a extremely hard to find item !

Note : The rare promotional chocholate "CD".  Unfortunately the "CD" is in a bad condition over the years, as I got it mint. The most of these promo "CD's" were broken in parts. Anyway it's still a rare collectors piece. (the 3rd picture I took from the internet).
